My friend Susanne and her son Adrien stayed with Jeff and I for six weeks in July and August. They were in the US, so Adrien could attend several basketball camps.
I’ve known Susanne for more than 20 years. We met while skiing in Aspen.
On the weekends, Adrien enjoyed sailing with the AYS, crewing for both Jim Labate and Jamie Dykes. Susanne rode along in the chase boat and shot this video on August 25th.
Let’s hope Ariel caught the sailing bug and will get involved with the active racing scene on Lake Ammersee, near their home, in Bavaria.
